As a mission-driven digital agriculture platform, Meghdoot treats Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as a core responsibility across our field activities, partner operations, training programmes, and on-ground service delivery. We responsibly manage risks to protect farmers, communities, our teams, and the environment, while strengthening trust with government and institutional stakeholders. The objective of this policy is to define how HSE risks will be identified, managed, and continuously improved across all Meghdoot engagements. To this end, Meghdoot will:

Ensuring people have the skills, training, and tools to work safely
Secure handling of digital records and transactions
Operating responsibly to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
Reviewing incidents, near-misses, audits, and field feedback
Sharing good practices across teams, regions, and partner networks
Continuously improving our HSE management systems and compliance readiness.
This policy applies to all Meghdoot employees, consultants, and implementation partners, and covers all activities where Meghdoot is engaged. Compliance with this policy is mandatory. Meghdoot will maintain appropriate HSE management processes and monitoring mechanisms to ensure consistent implementation and accountability.
