Code of Conduct
Meghdoot is committed to operating at the highest standards of ethics,
integrity,
and accountability. This commitment is central to the trust we build with
farmers,
government partners, institutions, investors, and communities.
Our Code of Conduct defines the standards we uphold and integrates our business,
social, and environmental responsibilities into everything we do. It applies to
all
Meghdoot employees, consultants, interns, vendors, implementation partners, and
any
third parties representing Meghdoot in the field or in stakeholder engagements.
Every member of the Meghdoot ecosystem is expected to know, understand, and
apply
this Code without exception. Leaders are expected to lead by example, encourage
regular discussions on compliance, and maintain a safe environment where
concerns
can be raised without fear. Meghdoot provides tools, training, and monitoring
mechanisms to support compliance, measure adherence, and assess risks.

Reporting Concerns & Violations
All employees, partners, and representatives are expected to report any
suspected
violation of this Code of Conduct. Reports may be raised through:

Your reporting manager or project lead

Meghdoot’s Legal / Compliance / HR team
-
A confidential reporting mechanism (where available) for anonymous
concerns
Meghdoot will review all reports in good faith, investigate responsibly, and
take
appropriate corrective or disciplinary action, including termination of
engagement
and legal action where required.
Meghdoot does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports a
concern
honestly and in good faith.
Whistleblowing & Confidential Reports
Confidential whistleblowing reports are logged securely and reviewed through a
defined case-management process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and timely
resolution. Where required, reports may be handled by an independent or
designated
compliance reviewer to avoid conflicts and preserve confidentiality.
Where local laws or project partner requirements apply, Meghdoot will maintain
additional reporting channels and ensure accessibility for stakeholders across
regions.
